school visits and appearances
I love visiting schools, Scout troops (I'm a lifelong Girl Scout!) , libraries, book clubs, and . . . well, wherever else you think you might like to have an author! I can do a large-group presentation and/or writing workshops for smaller groups. I understand that schools might not have much of a budget for author visits, and I'm more than willing to work your budget as best as I can. Please contact me for more details.
I also really love doing Skype visits to classrooms. These are usually done in a Q&A format, and I can hang out with you for up to 30 minutes for no charge! Contact me for more details!

"My students still haven't stopped talking about Gail's visit with us. They absolutely adored her love of all things bookish, the stories she shared, and her sense of humor. The way she related to the students was so impressive and enjoyable to watch. I'll definitely be inviting her back to my classroom again!" -Brooks Benjamin, 5th grade teacher at Midtown Elementary
"Skyping with Gail Nall was such a fun, enriching opportunity for students at my summer writing camp! She shared information about her journey as a writer and answered specific student questions. They were thrilled that a published author spoke with them, especially since she was so personable! I highly recommend that middle grade educators take time to schedule a Skype session with her. You won't regret it, and neither will your students!" -Sara Thomas, Putnam County Schools
